Preparing for Your SLP Practicums

Hi speechies!

I start my first practicum this summer and I am SO excited (and a little nervous tbh)! I've been doing what I can to get prepared, and I put together this ULTIMATE SLP PRACTICUM PACKET (pediatric version). I figured that others could get some use from it, too, so I wanted to share it :)

Here's what I included in this packet:

- Site Information Sheet
- Client Information Sheet
- Weekly To-Do List
- Notes + Ideas Sheet
- SOAP Notes Template
- IPA References (consonants, vowels, diphthongs)
- Speech Sound Acquisition Sheet
- Phonological Processes Sheet (substitution, syllable structure, assimilation)
- SLP Terminology Sheet
- Clock Hours Tracking Sheet

I have pediatric practicums this summer and fall. Then next spring I move into adult practicums. I'm hoping to make an adult version closer to that time.
